FTC 4390 – Engineering Notebook

10/22/13
During the past meetings, we developed and built a threaded rod elevator design. After completion, testing revealed that the design was too slow (taking about 30 seconds to move in one direction). Fortunately, we recognized this as a possibility and had begun working on a pulley-based design as well last Saturday at the Duel on the Delaware competition.  After the testing results today, the team devoted their efforts fully behind the pulley-based design.
